We use nothing but the finest ingredients to craft exquisitely delectable food that is artful and pleasing to the eye, while thoroughly delighting the palate.

FOODZ Catering represents the vision of Shelby Sewell, a classically trained Chef from London’s famed Le Cordon Bleu cooking school.  After spending seven years working, cooking, and teaching her way through 33 countries on three continents, Shelby’s international passion for food became the inspiration behind FOODZ Catering.  She has also taught cooking classes, co-authored the cookbook “Wraps Around the World,” and self-published an instructional video entitled “ Simply Shelby, The Flavors of the Mediterranean.”  Shelby’s extensive experience and personal touch assures consistency, quality, and an unforgettable experience with every Acalia event.

Sarah Rockne was trained at the Art Institute of Seattle, and has worked by Shelby’s side ever since.  She brings a zest for cooking, irresistible energy, and an intimate knowledge of high quality service and successful events. Sarah’s passion for assisting in event preparation and artistic menu displays is only surpassed by her sense of humor and love of great food.

Anne has been part of the Foodz Catering team since 2005. Working in the Seattle area as a chef in both restaurants and catering companies since 1983, she has also worked as a personal chef specializing in organic cooking and dietary needs. Her passion for cooking is rooted in strong vegetarian preferences. She loves, and is accomplished in, making pottery, photography, cycling and practicing yoga. Her healthy style of living brings her a strength and calmness that she is able to channel into every event.   What Anne loves most about Foodz is being part of a team that is commited to quality.
