This is an excellent option for your school's next fundraising dinner or a non-profit organization's auction night. It's affordable, easy to coordinate, and avoids having your donors waiting in long buffet lines, distracted and unable to participate in the event.
How it works:
Upon arrival at their tables, donors find either a soup, a salad, or three lovely amuse bouché (individual bite-sized appetizers) to whet their appetite while everyone gets settled. During the event, a rotating Circular Buffet in the center of each table allows everyone to self-serve family-style without disruption.
