Our fun nterpretation of the latest "small plates" dining trend has been overwhelmingly popular with our clients... allowing uests to order from three items on a menu you've pre-selected. Interactive Guest:

This option allows your guests to literally create their own flavor combination for a fun, personal taste experience. After selecting their desired ingredients, guests hand off their items to our Chef, who cooks each serving personally. Salad Martini Bar

This fun twist on a Chef Bar features your very own “Cheftender” who will create an individual "Salad Martini" for each guest. All salads will be shaken... not stirred! Following are just a few of the delightful "salad martinis" available:
