To use the form, you will be asked a few questions about your function, such as date and time. If you have not finalized these issues, simply enter your best estimate.

When you finish, you will receive an email that summarizes the menu preferences that you have selected.

FOODZ Catering requires at least 14 days' advance notice to schedule your catered function.
